Do you want an easy recipe for the crock pot? Well look no further! My Sister-in-law Gina and her friend Natalie were exchanging recipes on Facebook and I came across this one that Natalie recommended. And its sooo easy!
What you'll need:
~5 boneless skinless chicken breasts
~1- 6 fl. oz. can of Pineapple Juice
~Your favorite BBQ Sauce
~ A crock pot
And for those who may need recommendations, here are the things I used:
Now for the directions:
1. Place the chicken breasts inside your crock pot.
2. Add the can of pineapple juice to the crock pot
3. Add BBQ on top of the chicken
4. Turn crock pot on to high and cook for 3-5 hours depending on the pieces.
Once the chicken is done it will shred so easily and taste so yummy. If you did not use enough BBQ in the beginning you can always add it on top of the chicken once it is done. You can use less chicken or more chicken...just make it your own. In fact....my husband loved this recipe so much he made it again for himself the next day since I had to work late, and this time he added hot sauce and green peppers. You can do so many things with this recipe! Put the chicken on some buns and have shredded BBQ chicken sandwiches. Get some tacos and make a yummy shredded BBQ taco! So many yummy things!
Enjoy!
