I seriously love spending the holidays with the family that I do still keep in touch with. I am so thankful for my Aunt and Uncle and for them welcoming my Husband into the family and having us over every year for Christmas Eve. So on the 24th we headed out to Prospect Heights to enjoy the festivities.
Every year it is pretty much the same agenda. You arrive and enjoy appetizers, hang out and chat with family and do the typical catching up, eat dinner, participate in the boy and girl gift exchange, the kids get their gifts, you hang out some more, and then get dessert! Ah-mazing if I say so myself! Please enjoy the pictures below!

I don’t know what was with my Hubby and the peace sign that night?!

After my Uncle’s house we head over to Scott and Terry's house who are friends of the family out in Pingree Grove. It is usually a small affair by the time we get there but I was so happy I got to see my Niece and Nephew this year! My niece Emy is like a mini me and follows me everywhere! I love it!
