My Husbands birthday is on December 1st. This year his birthday fell on the day of the week that he always works late. Because of this we could not celebrate on his actual birthday and instead celebrated the day after on the 2nd. We asked our friends Brad and Carrie as well as Trevor to join us for dinner and we all went out to Taxco in Sycamore. Dinner was filled with delicious food and great company and afterwards we brought the “party” to our house.
Brad and Carrie went home to pick up their dog Charlie (aka Slink’s BFF) and heading back out to our house for a play date. I grabbed my camera once again and took some action shots of the dogs playing around. It’s so funny as we age how our birthday’s turn into a dinner and a night at home. Oddly enough we enjoy it so there really is no room to complain!
